PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY OF OUR SOFTWARE OR SERVICES:

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Whats Next Tech LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and governs your use of any software, applications, digital tools, or related content developed and distributed by Whats Next Tech LLC (collectively, the “Software”).

By downloading, installing, or using any Software developed by Whats Next Tech LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Software and must uninstall or delete it from your device.

Scope

This EULA applies to all software products and applications created by Whats Next Tech LLC, unless superseded by a more specific agreement included with a particular product.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use our Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All Software and associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Whats Next Tech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Software without prior written permission from Whats Next Tech LLC.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:
- Use the Software for commercial or unauthorized purposes
- Distribute or resell the Software
- Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the Software
- Use the Software in violation of any law or regulation
- Interfere with the security or integrity of our systems or services
- Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property or personal data

Updates and Modifications

We may periodically release updates, enhancements, or modifications to our Software. These may be applied automatically or require manual action. Continued use of the Software after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Disclaimers

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or continuously available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whats Next Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Software. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed thirty U.S. dollars ($30).

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by ceasing use of the Software and deleting it from your device. We may terminate this agreement if you breach any of its terms.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.

Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Whats Next Tech LLC regarding your use of the Software and supersedes any prior agreements.
